Mobile Hydraulic Cranes

      New from DMC, mobile hydraulic cranes ranging from 18 Ton - 25 Ton capacity.  Designed for the Pre-Cast Concrete market, our cranes make job-site delivery an efficient operation.  Available in truck mount and trailer configurations.  All cranes are constructed of 100PSI Min Yield Steel and are designed to transport and handle 40,000lbs of concrete castings safely and efficiently.   Engineered and designed to meet your specific needs, there is no better deal out there for your mobile hydraulic crane needs.

This 25-ton, trailer-mounted crane is specifically designed to transport and handle concrete castings that weigh approximately 40,000 Ibs. The unit is rated for 25 tons at a 10 ft. radius.

 

BOOM  

The 25' to 35', two section boom, features full hydraulic extension and retraction. Its welded 100,000 psi steel box construction has replaceable wear pads. The telescope cylinder is rod-fed and trunion-mounted to reduce buckling. Two vertical luff cylinders increase load space and capacity at low boom angles. Maximum tip height is 37.5'. Elevation 0 to 77 degrees.

 

BOOM TIP

Four light weight billet steel sheaves with roller bearings, cable stays, and pad eye for wedge socket provide the ability to reeve from 1 to 6 parts of line without requiring attachment of snatch blocks. Anti-two block automatic shutdown is standard

 

ROTATION

A 52" diameter swing bearing is driven by a planetary gear box with integral brake. The standard hydraulic and electric rotary swivels provide 360 degree continuous rotation. All components are accessible from the top of the deck for ease of maintenance.

 

CONTROLS

Outrigger controls are operated from the ground on the left side at rear. Boom controls are located at the operator's platform. All controls are fully proportional on demand hydraulic flow control, for precision movements. Joystick control option is available.

 

OPERATOR'S PLATFORM

The open, ride-around platform includes a clear-view control console, safety tubular construction with rubber bumpers, and adjustable seat.

 

OUTRIGGERS

Optimized outrigger system features 24' spread, out and down type rear outriggers for maximum stability over side and rear with minimum weight. Individual controls for each function, located at rear, allow ease of set up on uneven terrain. Firm footing is achieved by a ball and socket foot connection with removable 22" diameter pads on the rear outriggers for load distribution

 

SUBFRAME

A high capacity 100,000 psi steel torsion box connects the crane, outriggers, and trailer frame rails into an integral structure designed to withstand all loads produced during crane operation and payload transport.

 

BODY

A 1" Apitong hardwood bed mounts flush with the top of the sub frame on6” high strength steel cross formed members spaced at 12-18". Steel roll formed side rails, headache rack, boom rest, access ladders, pad racks, and all DOT required lighting is included. Complete unit is blast cleaned, epoxy primed and finished in a baked-on powder coat finish LED lights are standard.

 

LOAD CHART

Each crane is load and stability tested before completion with results tabulated in an individual load chart for each crane.

 

WINCH AND REEVING

Standard winch includes variable speed, power up and power down, planetary drive with spring applied, hydraulically-released brake.

25-ton, three HD steel billet sheaves with roller bearings alloy steel yoke and HD thrust bearing forged alloy hook and safety latch

All bearings have grease fittings. Sheaves are lubed through shaft ports. Entire assembly is powder coated safety yellow for durability.

Manual fully proportional control valves on all functions. With optional joystick control of winch, jib extend, luff, and slew.

 

Wet Line Kit Option:

Kit includes PTO, radial piston pump 90 gal hydraulic tank, filtered vent, return line filters, and hoses with quick disconnect fittings.

 

PERFORMANCE OPTIONS
